  3. Boil the milk, add sugar, once boiled add the custard powder while stirring simultaneously. Once thick turn off the stove and add vanilla essence. Leave it to cool. Once cool mix the grated and cooked pineapple into the custard
  4. Align the cake slice on the edge of the bowl that has jelly at the bottom. Once done pour some of the tinned pineapple juice on the cake to soften it. Add the custard to the bowl and decorate with pineapple slices.
