- In a microwave bowl, take cream, microwave it for 30 sec, add chopped white chocolate over it and mix well, then add a drop of pink food colour and keep it aside.
- After 2 hours remove the cake from fridge, pour the coloured white chocolate over it, garnish with chocolates of your choice & refrigerate again for 30 mins before cutting.
