  15. Get 2 cup evaporated milk
  16. Prepare 1 cup condensed milk

  18. Get 1 tbsp Custard powder
  19. Take as per taste Sugar

Instructions to make Mango Malai Cake:

  1. For cake :- Mix all the ingredients together & keep a side for 10 minutes. Thn greased a mold with ghee & put the batter into mold. Steamed for 40-45 minutes with cover.
  2. For Malai:- Heat a pan with evaporated milk. Thn mix condensed milk and cardamon powder & cooked for 4-5 mins. Thn add Custard powder because it’ll maintain thickness of Malai. Keep aside for cooling.
  3. After 40-45 minutes check the cake with toothpick. If it baked properly thn keep a side for 10 min.
  4. At last take it into serving dish and cut it into your choiceable size. Then pour the Malai mixture & decorated with chopped mango pieces, pistachio nuts & mint leaf. At the end preserved it into freezer for set up at least 20 min.
