- Take 3 ripe banana
- Get 3 large eggs
- Get 1 cup flour of choice
- Take Nuts (Cashew, almonds & raisins)
- Make ready 1/2 cup warm Milk
- Prepare 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Make ready 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Get 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Take 1/4 Salt
- Take 4 spoonfull Brown sugar
- Prepare 2 spoonfull Powdered sugar
- Make ready 50 grm Melted butter
Instructions to make Banana Cake:
- I mashed the banana using a blender because i wanted a smooth finish.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and add each ingredient one by one. Whisk all the ingredients together to form a smooth batter.
- Butter your tin before pouring in your batter. Pre heat oven at 200 degrees and bake the cake at 200 degrees for 1 hour (60 mins) I kept checking my bread in between to make sure it didn’t get burned.
- I sprinkled some brown sugar on top and almonds on top before it went into the oven. Couldn’t take a picture of that. This is my banana cake :)
