Instructions to make Orange-Lemon Bundt Cake:

  1. Separate the yolks and the whites of the 5 eggs. Set aside.
  2. Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add in the yolks, oil and orange juice. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add in the zest and continue mixing. Set aside.
  5. Beat the egg whites and add the cream of tartar. Beat at medium-high speed until stiff peaks are formed.
  6. Gradually fold beaten whites with tartar into the batter.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease the bundt pan with butter and sprinkle some flour.
  8. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
