  5. Transfer the batter to a greased and floured loaf pan.,bake at 180 degree c for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in comes out clean.
  6. Transfer the cake to a cooling rack. Let the cool down in the panfor 10 minutes,then remove from the pan and cool on the rack completly.
