- Beat butter + oil and sugar till smooth consistency comes.
- Beat eggs.Mix in butter sugar mixture.
- Now add all the dry ingredients.Add lukewarm milk to turn the consistency right and flowy.
- Add essence.Mix well. Give it rest for 10 minutes.Mix it softly once.
- Heat oven at 180 degree c
- Pour into well greased cake tin at 180 degree c for 35 minutes.
- When baked take it out from the oven.Cool it.
- Spread some ground almonds to garnish it.
