- Prepare 1 packet Rafhan jelly

- Make ready 100 gm plain pound cake
- Get 1 mango cut into chunks
- Make ready 1/2 cup cream
- Get 1 handful chopped almonds
Steps to make Mango Custard with Jelly and cake:
- In a sauce pan add water and bring to boil. Add jelly and mix well. Boil for 3-4 mins and turn off the flame. Remove jelly in any bowl and freeze.
- Meanwhile In a big saucepan add milk. Reserve 1/2 glass milk in a bowl.
- Now bring milk to boil. Add sugar as desired. I added 7 to 8 tsp.
- Meanwhile in a bowl add 1/2 glass of reserved milk and custard powder. Mix well.
- Now use a whisk and keep whisking the milk with one hand. Add the custard milk mixture slowly and don’t forget to whisk along.
- Keep the flame on medium low and keep whisking the milk. After 5 mins milk will thicken and bubbles will appear in the milk.
- You can check the sweetness at this point and turn off the flame.
- For assembling add cake in the base, add custard then jelly chunks and top with mango chunks, cream and a few almonds.
- Refrigerate and serve chilled.
