  1. Sieve the flour, baking powder and baking soda. - - Grind cinnamon to get fresh powder. - - Chop mango cubes and grind with 2 tbsp milk to get 1 cup of pulp.
  2. Mix the oil,sugar powder and half cinnamon power and whisk till the sugar mixed with oil.
  3. Add the mango pulp and half cup of milk. Beat till the pulp mixed with the milk and getting fluffy.
  4. Mix the milk powder to the mixing bowl and whip.
  5. In the meantime grease the baking tin. Mix the remaining cinnamon powder with the pulp mixture in the mixing bowl.
  6. Add the wheat flour mix gradually,to the batter and use the rest of the milk to get a cake consistency.
  7. Make the batter fluffy by beating for some time. Then transfer the cake batter to the grease pot.
  8. I baked in a kadhai,covered,in low heat for 90 minutes. Check the cake,once in a while, without removing the cover.
  9. Remove from flame and allowed to cool naturally, then de-mould the cake, cut it. Serve and enjoy. - Thanks
