  2. Mix corn flour in water - In a pan add sugar..when it becomes liquid and clr start to change add cornflour water in it..mixx well.cook it on low flame when it start boiling then add Mango pulp and butter..cook until.it turns into thick sauce…turn off the flame n keep aside

For Icing: - Ingredients: - Take whipping cream i use Whipy Whip Cream as required - When everything ready then start to whip the cream…make sure tht cream should b in semi solid form - start beating with low speed 2-3 mins then increase the speed of ur electric beater…when.it turns to fluffy and double in quantity then mixx any clr of ur choice….Method for decorate cake - Cut the cake in 2 parts…mosturise both parts with cold milk - Now spread cream on one part of sponge cake..
  4. Put the other part of cake on it apply cream with cake spatula..now decorate it with cream, Mango, Sauce, and pearls - Mango cake is ready - Keep it in freezer for 1 hour - Enjoy
