The ingredients needed to make Mango Cake:

  1. Get 1 left over full big ripe mango peeled/or 5 small ripe mangoes peeled
  2. Prepare 3 eggs

  7. Make ready 1 tsp baking powder

  1. Pre heat oven to 150 c
  2. Peel and cut mango into pieces and puree your mango. You can puree it with a food processor or manually with a stamper
  3. Cream the butter and sugar and add it to the mango puree with the eggs and vanilla esscense.
  4. Sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Create a well in the centre and add the mango mixture. Mix well
  5. Grease your baking tray. Pour in the batter
  6. Bake till golden brown or when skewer comes out clean
  7. Once cool sift top of cake with icing sugar and decorate with mango pieces (optional)
