Steps to make Gulab Jamun Cake with intoxicating aroma of Rabdi:
- 1.For Baking all the ingredients has to be in room temperature. First mix egg and sugar by a electric beater or mixer grinder till the mixture becomes creamy and light yellow in color. 2. Then add the oil, milk and Rabdi essence to it. Sieve the All purpose flour and baking powder and add this to the liquid mixture. Just mix it.

- Grease the pan with the butter and put a parchment paper and dust with some flour so that the batter won’t stick to the bottom of the pan. 4. Then pour the batter in the pan and bake in a preheated oven of 350F for 35mins or till the toothpick comes out clear. 5. Once the cake is cooled. Loosen from the sides. Remove it and cut in 3 layers.
- Mix all the cream filling ingredients with a hand whisker till it becomes creamy. The cream filling is ready to apply on the cake. Before any further designs, after applying the cream filling keep the cake inside the freeze for about 30mins to get chilled.

- After 30 mins remove the cake from the freeze and decorate as per your wish. I have decorated with the pieces of Gulab Jamun and white chocolate in the top.
