  1. FOR THE CHOCOLATE CAKE BATTER.Beat the margarine and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add two eggs and beat well. Add the vanilla. Fold in 440ml of the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, pinch of salt, alternating with the milk. Mix well into soft batter.

  6. Place icing sugar in a bowl, add water, a little at a time, mix together to form a smooth spreadable consistency. Spread over the cake and decorate with pieces of white chocolate or sugar flowers.
