- Pre heat the microwave on convection mode at 180°C
- Add maida mixture to milk mixture gradually, mix well now add remaining 1/4 cup cond milk to the mixture, mix well
- In a small bowl take lemon juice add baking soda to it,when bubble comes out pour this to the batter
- Pour the batter in the cake tin keep some cherries on the top
- Tap the tin and bake at 180°C for 30- 35 minutes
