- For preparing beetroot puree : cut the beetroot and heat the pan and add little water and put pieces of beetroot in it and boil it for 5-6 minutes.
- Keep aside for sometime, once it is cool down then take a mixture blender and blend it.
- For preparing dates puree : wash and soak the seedless dates in milk for 30 minutes. After that take a mixture and blend it well.
- For preparing cake batter : pour dates puree in vessel and add curd and butter, honey and combine well.
- Further add beetroot red puree and mix well. &add wheat flour and oats flour in it and mix all the things well.
- Furthermore, mix cocoa powder, salt, baking soda and baking powder and stir well.
- Additionally, add vanilla essence for flavor, milk and sprinkle some chopped dry fruits like almonds, walnut etc.
- Take a cooker spread salt in surface & put the stand. Now greace the cake mould with ghee and sprinkle little wheat flour so cake will turns out easily.
- Now pour the cake batter in it. And sprinkle dry fruits, chocochips etc. And bake it for 45 minutes in cooker. Make sure that you taken out Cooker whistle.
- After 45 minutes it turns out so fluffy and yummy. Check it with knife or toothpick.
- Now cake is ready. Decorate with chocochips, dry fruits, Jam etc and enjoy.
