- cream middle: add warm water, sugar & gelatin to a large bowl wisk well, add in heavy cream, & condensed milk wisk well. add to crust freeze another 20minutes.
- fruit jello top; add water, strawberry jello, gelatin, sugar & food coloring to a pot,wisk well bring to a simmer.turn off & let cool in fridge at least 15minutes
- now add drained fruit cocktail to cream center, top with cooled jello mix, freeze another 30minutes to 1hour till set. you can place into fridge once its set.
