  1. To make the tarts dough in a mixing bowl take butter, flour & sugar lightly mix with you finger tips to avoid passing the heat to the butter, bring the dough together, do not knead it. Refrigerate the dough for an hour.
  2. For the frosting, in a mixing bowl take melted white chocolate and milk, mix well then add it to the whipped cream add finely chopped jackfruit and mix well, transfer it into a piping bag and keep aside.
  3. Once the dough is chilled roll it between a silpat mat and cut out heart shaped with a cookie cutter, transfer the tarts on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Now prick the tarts with a fork and then bake them in a preheated oven over 160°c for 16-20 minutes in the middle rack and keep both coils on. Once baked transfer on a wire rack once cool pipe the frosting over each heart cover with another and again pipe frosting over it.
  5. Garnish with strawberries and grapes and serve.
