- Prepare 1 cup Chopped Jaggery

- In a mixing bowl take 1 cup milk and lemon juice mix it and let it sit for 10 minutes, this way we will get buttermilk.
- Now in a grinding jar add chopped bananas,boil and jaggery, make a smooth paste.
- As the buttermilk gets ready add banana paste to it and mix it well, then sieve the flour, baking powder and baking soda upon it and mix the batter.
- Add remaining 1/4cup milk to it and mix it properly, add chopped dates, cardamom powder and transfer the batter to baking dish.
- Sprinkle flax seeds and tap it then bake it for 40minutes, check the cake if it’s done allow it to cool and then cut into slices.
