  1. Take sugar powder and 1/4 cup oil in a bowl and blend them. Then sieve maida and add it in sugar and oil mixture. Now and mix baking soda, baking powder and milk and blend them to form a paste. Now add vanilla essence and remaining 1/4 cup of oil and blend them for sometime to form a smooth batter. There shouldn’t be any lumps in the batter.
  2. Now take a cooker, put some salt in the base and pre heat it for 10 minutes. Then take a mould and grease it with ghee from all side and dust some maida in it. Now pour batter in the mould and beat it to get plain surface. Now add chopped almonds and cashew on the top of the batter. Finally put the mould in the pre heated cooker for 30 minutes.
  3. After 30 minutes, open the lid of the cooker and check the cake with toothpick and if toothpick comes clean from the cake then cake is baked properly. Let it cool down for sometime, then take it out in a plate. Now garish it with melted chocolate and sweet fennel seeds. Finally put in the freezer for 10-15 minutes and serve as required.
