  7. Prepare 3 tbsp Water (room temperature)

  1. Coarsely crush the biscuits with a rolling pin. Melt 100 GMs butter. Take off the heat and add the crushed biscuits,mix well. Spread it in a 10 inch dish. Apply pressure with fingers to press down and flatten out evenly. Keep it in the refrigerator.
  2. Soak 5 tsp Gelatine in 3 Tbsp water. In a liquidiser pour curd- Cream- Condensed milk- vanilla essence- lime juice (if using). Melt the soaked Gelatine on a double boiler and pour in the liquidiser. Immediately run the mixer until well blended. It takes about 1 or 1/2 min more. Pour it gently over the biscuit cb. Cover it with a cling film and put it back in the refrigerator.Let it set for 6/8 hours, best kept overnight. Take it out 5 min before serving. Enjoy.
