- Cream Filling-On medium heat,pour the milk,sugar and cornflour…whisk until slightly thick.Turn off heat and whisk in full cream.
- On medium baking dish size,Oil and put half batter then cream the remaining half batter.Spread evenly n bake at 175 for 30-35 min till brown on top.
- Sugar Syrup-Put water and Sugar on medium heat and cook till sugar is melted,add lemon juice
- When the Basbousa is done…Pour the sugar syrup n let it cool n enjoy.
