Steps to make Suji cake:
- First of all take a cake tin grease the tin with oil & place a butter paper & grease the butter paper again.
- Now take a bowl add curd whisk the curd,add sugar and oil and whisk until smooth batter is made.
- Add the fine suji to this batter in proportion to avoid lumps, mix well & cover it and keep aside for half an hour.
- Preheat the cooker by adding salt in it.Place a stand inside the pressure cooker and put the lid on without the gasket rubber & no whistle. Switch the gas onto high heat for 10-15 mins.
- In a another bowl take tutti frutti and coated it with one tsp of wheat flour.
- After half an hour in suji batter add vanilla essence, baking powder, baking soda,1/4 cup warm milk to make flowing consistency of the batter & add coated tutti frutti & mix it well.
- Pour the batter in prepared cake tin, decorate it with coated tutti frutti & place it in preheated cooker for 40 minutes on medium flame.
- After 40 minutes check the cake with a knife. If the knife comes out clean means cake is baked properly if not you can bake it more for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Allow the cake to cool down then loosen the edges using the knife.
- Tap the cake tin over a plate to unmould. The super yummy suji cake is ready to eat😋.
