  3. Prepare 1400 ml buko juice - room temp

  6. Prepare 1 can whole corn kernel
  7. Make ready 200 grams cheddar cheese diced
  8. Take 300 ml Nestle Heavy cream chilled
  9. Prepare 150 ml half and half chilled

Instructions to make Buko Pandan:

  1. In a pot, mix gelatin powder into buko juice and stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Heat while stirring until the mixture is almost boiling.
  3. Remove from heat and pour into mold. Let it cool to set the gelatin. You can do it in the fridge to make it set faster.
  4. When set, slice into cubes of 1 x 1/2 inch size. Put in a mixing bowl.
  5. Mix heavy cream into cubed gelatin using a wooden spoon.
  6. Pour in the rest of the ingridients and mix properly.
  7. Chill for at least an hour and enjoy.
