- Sift all the dry ingredients 3-4 times. Keep them aside
- In a bowl take all the wet ingredients and heat on high for 1 minute in a microwave or heat it by double boiler method.
- Mix the dry ingredients to wet ingredients gradually in three parts.
- Don’t over mix. The mixture should have a smooth texture. Pour the mixture in greased and dusted heart-shaped cake tin.
- Bake the cake in the oven for 50 minutes or till the toothpick inserted comes out clean.

- Cut the cake sponge into three parts. Place the first part on the cake board and soak with sugar syrup and apply a layer of ganache on it. Similarly, apply for the 2nd layer and finally the last layer also. Then cover the whole cake with ganache properly.
