- Boil noodles and stain them and let them cool
- Put little bit oil in frying pan and put garlic ger paste sotay it for 2 min than put chicken mince and put soya sauce vinegar black pepper and knoor chili garlic sauce and cover the pan for 5 mint than after 5 mints uncover it cook it for another 10 mints or until mince cooked well and at the last put chili flakes on it.
- Now put eggs and knoor noodles msala in boil noodles and mix them together with fork and divide this mixture in two parts
- Nw take a nonstick pan and put little bit oil than put first part of knoor noodles mixture first and make a fine layer level it with spatula than put ready chicken mince in middle nw put second part of noodle mixture and level it with spatula nw it’s a tricky time 🤓🤓 you have to turn your noodle cake from upside down and nw cook upper layer well and when it’s get ready decorate it with garlic sauce and mayonese.
