- In a bowl heat cream and add it to dark chocolates to prepare the ganache. Divide into two parts. To one part add a little more cream and stir very well until smooth. The other part refrigerate for 30 mins.
- Pour the liquid ganache on the cake and with a spatula cover all sides. The other part should be whisked until smooth and put in a piping bag to make the designs on the cake.
