- Take Pineapple chunks (1 Cup)
- Take Pineapple juice (for soaking)

- Mix cream and chocolate, microwave it fo a minute and mix it till melt and combine. If needed microwave it again for few seconds. (In other way can use double boiler method). After cooling beat it and place in fridge for set.
- Beat eggs and vanilla extract till fluffy add sugar gradually continuously beating it. Then fold sifted flour with light hands.
- Bake it at 180° or Gas mar 4. For 15 to 20 min or the knife comes out clean. Beat the chocolate spong as it is.
- Just sift coca and flour and mix together in eggs mix and bake it like the vanilla sponge. Beat chilled whipped cream.
- Now cut the cooled both songs into half. Now we have total 4 layers, 2 vanilla and 2 chocolate. Lets start layering. Place about teaspoon whipped cream in the bottom of Platter and place vanilla sponge layer, spread chocolate creamy ganache and set some pineapple chunks. Place another layer on it to cover. Do it again and again with remaining layers. (Soak layers with pineapple juice before frosting)
- At last on top set the chocolate layer and cover it with whipped cream smoothly. Pipe cream to decorate it.
