- Divide the batter in two separate bowls. Keep 1tbsp of plain batter for later. Add your favourite colour to the batter and mix well.

- After 2 hours, take 1 tbsp batter for each cookie and with the back of a spoon spread out a thin circle batter.

- Bake them in the oven for 6-8 minutes or until outer edge is brown. Keep an eye in them because every oven is different.
