Instructions to make Vegetable Cake:

  1. Wash and blanch spinach leaves add salt sugar and oil and churn. Puree is ready.
  2. In one bowl mix curd spinach puree coriander chutney beat well. Add rawa besan mix properly Now add oil boil peas spring onion ger chilli paste green turmeric salt pinch turmeric powder chopped cabbage asafoetida sugar mix properly. Add 1/4cup water and beat well and cover and leave it for 15 mins.
  3. Now heat water in steamer grease oil in a cake container.and sprinkle sesame seeds. Now take a mixture of cake add eno pour lemon juice and beat well. Pour in a cake container sprinkle sesame seeds. Tap 2-3 times cover the lid and steam for 15 mins on medium flame.
  4. For Tadka:-Heat oil add mustard seeds curry leaves green chilli rings. Pour on cake and garnish with cucumber ribbon carrot tomato ring spring onion green garlic. Tasty healthy vegetable, cake is ready to serve.
