- In a microwave safe bowl, add chopped chocolate and cream. Heat for 30sec and make melted chocolate without lump. Next, set oven for pre heat on 180° c for 10min.
- Take a big deep bowl, add oil, curd and vanilla assence. Beat it for 2min. Add sugar and again beat for a min.
- Shifrt the flour, backing powder, backing soda, salt, cocoa powder. Add gradually into sugar batter, and beat it continually.
- Grease tin with butter and dust with maida/ plain flour.
- Add beated batter and tab it 2-3times on platform. Put it in oven, set timing for 30 min first.
- After completing time, check is toothpick comes dry. (Do not take the cake out of oven) If not, again put it for more 10min.
- Now keep it for 20-30 min to rest. And unmould the cake. Dust with powdered sugar, and cut into choice of your shape.
