  2. Take yoghurt in another mixing bowl add sugar and beat it until in cooperate add oil and mix well to all combine add essence and pink color and mix it properly

  4. Fill batter in 7 " inches square tin well greased tap pan to avoid air pocket
  5. Bake it in preheated oven for 35/45 minutes at 180 degrees or pass square test
  6. Demould sponge after 10 minutes and cool on wire rack
  7. Take mixing bowl add milk condensed milk cream and essence mix it properly and keep it in fridge for chill
  8. Now take sponge on tray or baking pan prick with toothpicks soak nicely with chilled rose milk keep in fridge to cake soak milk
  9. Now top with whipped cream and garnish with sliced pistachio and rose petals
  10. Slice and serve with rose milk
