  1. In a bowl add melted butter, sugar and condensed milk, mix it well until becomes fluffy.
  2. Now in another bowl add Maida, baking powder and soda, mix and then mix it with the wet ingredients. Add 2 drops of vanilla essence.
  3. Grease the cake tin and line it with baking paper.Pre heat the oven at 180•C for 20 minutes. And then bake the cake at 180•C for 30 mins and then at 160•c for 10 mins.
  4. When cake is done keep it aside until cools down until.
  5. In a bowl add whipping cream and whip till it becomes fluffy and then add melted white chocolate, mix
  6. Cut the cake in 2 layers. Apply the whipping cream and spread the chopped mango.
  7. Place the other layer over it and cover whole cake with the whipping cream and refrigerate it for 20 mins
  8. Cut the mangoes in thin slices and keep aside.
  9. Take the cake out and start applying the mango slices from bottom to top covering all sides of the cake.
  10. Now roll a small slice of mango and place it in the centre of the cake and place rest of the slices around it
