- Take a mixing bowl add milk (must be in room temperature) sugar, oil blend in food processor till then strain maida, baking soda, baking powder, salt for two times.
- Pour the milk mix in mixing bowl and little by little add maida mix, mix it well, add both the essence mix it well
- Now preheat the pressure cooker for 5 mins,and put salt in cooker and stand then put the mix in the mould and tap it, take the whistle and rubber ring from it, first cook in high flame for 5 mins then in low frame for 30 mins check with knife if not ready then cook more for 5 mins.
- After the cake is cool put whipped cream to all sides of the cake then with rose petals give the shape of a rose and decorate it.
