- Maida baking powder baking soda ko chan lein ache se ab salt dalen and mix karein
- Ab aik bowl main eggs dalen aur use 10 mins beat karein then add sugar aur mazzed 5 mins beat karein then add vanilla essence and oil and beat well
- Ab thora thora kar ke flour wala mixture and milk 2 to 3 portion main add karein and spatula se fold karein with soft hand and make a normal thick batter
- Now cup cake mould main paper cups rakhen aur unhe 1/3 fill karein then bake karein phela ae preheat oven main in 180 degree for around 15 mins tooth pin insert kar ke check karein kay bake hogai - now cool them completly
- Ab chilled whipe cream lein make sure chilled hu but ice crystals na hu use medium speed par anti clock wise beat karein kay ap spoon se uothai to wo gire nahi
- Now cream ko 2 parts main divide karein 1 part main just 3 drops dalen red food colour to make a pink colour and ise piping bag main fill krden8
- Now in 2nd one add 1 drop of blue colour and 1 drop of red colour to make a levender colour and ise bhi piping bag main fill karein
- Jab cup cake thande hojai to 1m nozzel se big rose banai and star nozzels se chote chote pipe karein
