  1. Sieve all dry ingredients together & keep it a side.
  2. Preheating the oven at 180 degree for 15 miniutes previously.
  3. Now take a bowl crack the egg.beat it with electronicic beater 2 miniutes.add cake jel & vanilla extract.mix it.
  4. Add sugar & beat it till ribbon consistency from this batter.
  5. If ribbon consistency appear in this batter then it is done.
  6. Now add all dry mixtures, slowly 3 times.
  7. Mix it carefully with wooden spoon.
  8. Now put it in the greased round mold.tap it so that air bubbles are disappear.
  9. Put it in preheated oven at 180 degree for 30 to 35 miniutes.
  10. After 30 miniutes insert the wood pin in the center of the cake,if it is clear it means cake is ready.if not then keep it 5 miniutes more.
  11. After that keep it again 2 miniutes in the oven.
  12. After 35 miniutes remove it from the oven.let it be normal.demold it & keep it on the wire rack.let it cool.
  13. Whipped the cream.make the soft peaks in it. Add colour & rose water,Mix it.
  14. Now take the baked cake.cut it in 3 parts.each part should be 2 inch.
  15. Take one part spray it with rasmalai’s syrup.put whipped cream in it & spread it.if this syrup is not sufficient,then add some sugar syrup.1 cup water 1 cup sugar boil it together for making sugar syrup. Simple boiling.
  16. Make all parts like this.
  17. On the top sprinkle rasmalai’s juice,put cream & make a smooth surface, in the sides also.
  18. Sprinkles Almond flakes & rose petals in the sides.
  19. Now on the top put rasmalai,sprinkle Almond flax & rose petals.
