  1. Beat oil and malai well. Now add sugar and beat again. Shift the dry ingredients. Mix all dry ingredients in beaten cream. Now add rasmalai milk for making perfect consistency of cake. You can add milk and saffron also.
  2. Bake the cake for 30 min.in 180°c. Cool it and cling wrap. Now keep in the fridge while making the frosting. Cut in three slices of cake. Whip cream till stiff. Add 1/4 cup of rasmalai milk in cream and beat again. Now start making layers of rasmalai cake after soaking the cake in rasmalai syrup optional. Garnish some cutting pieces of rasmalai.
