  2. Boil milk in a pan and cook till it reduces half.
  3. Add dry milk powder and stirr.
  4. Dissolve corn flour into cold milk and add into boiling milk and stirr.
  5. Now add sugar and dissolve it then add fresh cream and mix well off the gass.
  6. Take some rest, it wll some cool now mix it into blender. And add rose syrup and mix again
  7. Now put mixture into an air tight container and put into freezer for an hour
  8. After an hour again blend it and again freeze for 5-6 hours or till frozen.
  9. Rosy Ice Cream is ready..

  11. Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix dm.
  12. Now add oil and milk and mix with blender fr 4-5 min.
  13. Nw divided batter into two parts into two bowls.
  14. Add vanila essence in one part and in second part add cocoa-pow+2 spn milk and mix well.
  15. Nw take a greased bowl and add 2spn of vanila batter in the center of bowl then 2spn of cocoa batter in center above on vanilla batter
  16. Nw again drop 2spns of vanilla batter again 2spns of cocoa and so on do it again and again till last.
  17. Kept the bowl in Pre heated cooker on a katori..
  18. Nw cover the cooker with lid. Flame should be Slow.
  19. After 40 min check the cake with toothpic. Almost it will be ready. 😋😋
  20. Cool down the cake then kept into fridge for one hour it wll beCome chilled.
  21. Arrang Pastry ===
  22. Cut 4 pieces from cake for Pastry in rectangle shape.
  23. Now spread some rosy ice cream on one piece and put another cake piece on it.
  24. Then again spread ice cream and make a big drop of ice cream in center.
  25. Spread sprinklers - Pastry is ready.
