- Make watermelon puree. Make a kiwi paste and add a drop of green food colour to the paste and mix it with 1 cup of water.
- Fry semolina in an empty kadai until you get a nice aroma.Separate 1/2 and 1 1/2 cup of rava.
- Take the kiwi puree water and pour it in a separate kadhai and boil it. Now add 3tsp ghee and add 1/2 cup of rava and fry it well until there are no lumps to be seen. Now, add 3/4 of sugar and 3 tsp of ghee. Mix it well until it becomes smooth.
- Take another kadhai and pour in the watermelon puree. After it has boiled,add pour 5tsp of ghee. Now,add 1 1/2 of rava and fry it. Pour in 3 tsp of ghee and add 2 cups of sugar.
- Take a small kadhai, add ghee and add cashews, dry grapes, cardamom, fry it well and add them in both kiwi and watermelon Kesari.
- Take a bowl of the size of your own wish. Grease ghee all over the bowl.Set the kiwi Kesari using a spoon around the bowl. Place the watermelon Kesari on the base of the bowl and place it aside for about 10 minutes. Take a plate and turn the bowl upside-down. Now you could cut it, and it’s ready to eat!
- NOTE: You must add more amount of sugar as compared to the amount of sugar you use to make watermelon kesari.
