  1. Add 1 cup of salt in the pressure cooker and put a wire stand in the bottom. Close the lid remove the whistle and let it heat in medium high flame. - - Mix up all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, Salt, Cocoa powder, milk powder) well into a big mixing bowl with the help of a whisk or fork. Before mixing, sheive the dry ingredients to avoid any lump.
  2. Then add the refined oil and eggs. And whip them very well with a whisk in a clockwise motion until it turns into a perfect cake batter, thick and little fluppy (neither too much liquid nor too much thick). If you do it by a hand whisk then mix it up to 15 mins.But in case of electric hand mixer it will take 5 mins. Batter should be completely lump free and smooth.
  3. Now add the baking soda and baking powder to the batter and mix up well. The batter should be of coating consistency.
  4. Now Pour the batter into a cake tin or tiffin box. You can use a parchment paper or a plain white paper as the cake bed. The paper should be oiled up properly so that it can be removed easily. Then spread a handful of broken dryfruits on the cake batter well.
  5. Place the cake tin carefully inside the cooker using tongs and close. Adjust heat to medium low and bake it for 40-45 mins.
  6. After 40 mins check the cake with a toothpick (by poking the toothpick into the cake). If it comes out clean then your cake is ready. On the other case you can bake it for extra 5 mins.
