Instructions to make Corn cake wrap:

  1. Crush the corn roughly in mixture grinder and chop all the veggies.
  2. Now take a pan heat up 3-4 tbsp. Oil then add garlic, onions and saute for 1min then add all left veggies and let it cook for 2-3 min or untill soft then add crushed corn and stir continuously untill water of corn dried up and then add cornflour and mix and stir untill cornflour cook then add salt and switch of the flame.
  3. Now transfer the mixture of corn in a plate and spread it like in the picture now cool it in refrigerator for 10-15 min. Then cut in square shape.
  4. Now coat cornflour on all the corn square shaped and deep fry them
  5. Now take a paratha heat up once in a pan from both the sides then remove it and apply mayonnaise then sauce then first fold 2 side of paratha and place corn cake in the middle and then fold other 2 side and cut from the middle.
