  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9 inch springform pan with some non-stick spray and set aside.
  2. In the bowl of a standing mixer, fitted with a whisk attachment, whip the egg whites until they develop stiff peaks and remove them to a different bowl. Make sure that your bowl and whisk are completely clean and dry before whipping the eggs.
