  1. For preparing beetroot puree : cut the beetroot and heat the pan and add little water and put pieces of beetroot in it and boil it for 5-6 minutes.
  2. Keep aside for sometime, once it is cool down then take a mixture blender and blend it.
  3. For preparing dates puree : wash and soak the seedless dates in milk for 30 minutes. After that take a mixture and blend it well.
  4. For preparing cake batter : pour dates puree in vessel and add curd and butter, honey and combine well.
  5. Further add beetroot red puree and mix well. &add wheat flour and oats flour in it and mix all the things well.
  6. Furthermore, mix cocoa powder, salt, baking soda and baking powder and stir well.
  7. Additionally, add vanilla essence for flavor, milk and sprinkle some chopped dry fruits like almonds, walnut etc.
