- Take a bowl add Jaggery, oil. Mix well until no lumps
- Add buttermilk whisk well
- Add wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and sieve well.. mix well
- Add chopped dates. Mix gently
- Grease the cake tin with oil.. pour the batter in the cake tin. Than tap
- Put some chopped dates.. sprinkle white sesame seeds.
