  1. Take a cooker, add salt all over the base. spread it evenly.
  2. Preheat the cooker for 19 minutes without whistle in low flame.
  3. Take a cake pan. Grease the cake pan with oil..Grease the oil well all over the pan and at the sides.
  4. Add some flour on the pan. Spread the flour all over the pan. Dust off the excess flour. Greasing and flouring is done.
  5. Take a bowl, add powdered sugar and oil. Mix and make smooth paste.
  6. Add Maida flour, baking powder, salt,1/4tsp oil. Mix well and combine everything.
  7. Add milk. Combine all ingredients. Whisk without. Any lumps. Add Vanilla essence. Mix with the batter. Mix well till you get a lump-free and smooth batter. Add chocolate syrup. Mix well. Batter is ready.
  8. Gently fold the batter. Pour the batter in the cake tin. Tab to remove the air bubbles.
  9. Place the pan carefully inside the cooker. Place it exactly at the center.cover the lid of the cooker. Bake the cake for 50 minutes on low flame. Do not put on the whistle. Cake is done. Insert a toothpick in the middle if it comes out clean, cake is completely done.
