Now take a kadhai and preheat the kadhai on medium heat for 10-15 minutes and put the baking stand in it.
- Take a cake tin and grease the cake tin with butter and put cake batter in it and tap it. Put the cake tin on the baking stand and cover it. Bake for 25-30 minutes on medium to low flame. When the cake gets completely baked then let it cool down.
- Take a bowl and put chocolate and Cream in it and melt on double boiler. Your chocolate ganache is ready. Put the chocolate ganache on the cake top and decorate with some grated chocolate and keep it in fridge for 1hour.
