- Take 1 cup maida(all-purpose flour)
- Make ready 3 eggs

Steps to make Chocolate cake:
- In a mixing bowl take all the wet ingredients and sugar together, whisk nicely with electric whisker, or you can whisk manually.,
- Now sieve all the dry ingredients together including cocoa powder add in the wet ingredients, fold gently thru cut and fold method,
- Grease the baking tin,shift the batter in to the tin,bake it in the preheated oven on 180 degree for 40 minutes, check whether it’s done by inserting fork,
- When cake is done take out, let it cool nicely about 2 to 3 hours,
- Melt chocolate slabs(3-4 big)by double boiling method, add 50 grams butter, mix thoroughly, pour this chocolate ganache on top of the cake,
- Just sprinkle some dessicated coconut at the bottom of the cake let the ganache to cool down,
- For the sugar caramel decoration, grease a plate and keep ready, caramelize sugar(2 to 3 tbsp)on a low heat, with the help of the spoon make spiral designs of the caramelized sugar on the greased plate, leave it for 2 minutes, remove it from the plate,
- Arrange it on the top of the cake..voila !!! your beautifully decorated chocolate cake is ready…
