Steps to make Chocolate cake:

  1. Seive all dry ingredients. In other bowl mix wet ingredients.
  2. Now add half portion of dry ingredients and mix it then add half portion again and mix it well.(always add half by half).pre heat Your oven at 180°.
  3. Now grease Your mould pour batter in mould and bake it for 40 minutes. Shake it with any knife if knife clean it means your cake is ready.
  4. Meanwhile, make Ganache in double boiler method to make a smooth ganache add 4 tbsp of Amul fresh cream stir occasionally.let it little cool. Beat your whipped cream with the help of a beater.
  5. Now cut your cake in 2 parts. Take the first layer of cake soak it with sugar syrup. spread chocolate ganache and whipped cream. Spread gently. Repeat this process for the second layer and now cble coat your cake. Keep your cake in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  6. After that cover your cake with whipped cream and garnish your cake as you want.
  7. Take gel and add orange colour and 2/3 tsp of water to make a more liquid gel. Now fill the gel in a piping bag and make the design as you want.
