- Add flour to jaggery oil mixture in batches.Fold with gentle hands.
- Add seeds and dry fruits,add vanilla essence also.Add milk little by little to form an uniform batter.
- Grease a cake tin.Pour the batter in tin.
- Garnish with some dry fruits and seeds.
- Meanwhile pre heat an oven at 180°c for 10 minutes.
- Bake at 180°c for 30-35 minutes.(I baked my cake for 32 minutes)
- Demould and cool on a wire rack.
- When cool,serve.
