- Preheat your oven for 20mins at 150° Celsius before inserting the cake.
- In a baking pan spread a generous amount of butter then then cover with a thin layer of flour all round.
- Pour your batter into the baking pan and insert in your oven. Cook for 45mins or until knife comes out clean when dipped.
- After removing from the oven, let the cake cool down for about 3hrs then start decorating.
- Apply lots of whip cream then pour chocolate shavings on top
