The ingredients needed to make Angel cake:
- Get 1 cup plain flour, 1.1/2 cup sugar, 1.1/4 cup (9) egg whites,

Sift flour over the egg whites gently fold the flour. Gently spoon the mixture in a 10" pan and with a knife do circles so doesn’t have air in the mixture, level the top and bake 35-40’
- When you take it from the oven, let it cool 2 hours,
- Beat 600ml thickening cream with 3-5 tablespoons of caster sugar, add 1/2 cup if mushed strawberries to the cream, cut the cake in two spread some of the cream place the 2nd piece and cover the cake all over cut in half strawberries and place them in top and some of the mushed strawberries.
